What a long road this has been. Our journey began June 2007 when we looked at this old house with an addition on it and thought it would be perfect for our studio. We bought it in January 2008 and went through a land use change with washington county from residential to commercial. Then about 6 months later Washington County approved and issued our permits. Here are photos of the construction progress - beginning to end!
